Our full size 56 and 57 passenger coaches are European made Van Hool's and Setra's. Each coach incorporates state of the art design and technology which delivers the ultimate in safety, performance and satisfaction to our customers. Our 29 passenger mid-size coaches integrate signature European styling, high performance and luxury cabin features which provide the ultimate in transportation for smaller groups. Our new Mercedes Benz 12 passenger Sprinter van features luxurious reclining seats with cup holders, laminate wood looring, premium audio video dvd system and a P.A. system.

We have installed a GPS system on every bus which significantly enhances security and safety. This system will allow us, via the internet, to pinpoint the locations of each coach, its routes for the last 30 days, it current speed and direction and much more data. A "panic button" is available for the driver to alert us of extreme emergencies. In addition, we will be able to provide clients a password so that they too may have real-time access to the exact location and related data on the coach they are using. This is a proprietary Trailways system not available to other coach companies.

All our coaches are equipped with cellular telephones which allows for immediate contact with our motorcoaches.

In addition to meeting CDL requirement, all drivers undergo a criminal background investigation.

We carry $10,000,000 in liability insurance, double the required amount.

Can we Bring food or drinks on the coach?
Yes you can, we ask that you are careful with any beverages on our coaches as they are very clean on the inside.

Do your coaches have restrooms?
Every coach in our fleet, including our mini-coaches, comes equipped with an operating restroom.

Do your coaches have VCR/DVD's?
Every coach in our fleet has an operating DVD player, some also have VCR players, but these are being taken out.

How Long can a driver legally drive?
By Federal DOT regulation, a driver can only drive 10 hours a day, this is actual driving time. If you stop for lunch, dinner or even a show, this does not count as driving time as the driver will log off duty. Please keep in mind that a driver also needs to have 8 hours of uninterrupted time off at the end of each shift.

How much insurance does Utah Trailways carry?
We carry $10,000,000 in liability insurance, this is the double the required amount.

Do you require a deposit to rent a coach?
We do not require any type of deposit, we require a signed contract to hold the coach and the full payment about one week prior to the date of the trip.

How is a trip priced?
It depends on the length and distance of a trip, some trips might only be a four or five hours and will be priced that way. Some trips might travel as much as a 1,000 miles a day and will be priced per mile. Each trip is priced individually, call our office and we will provide you with and exact quote.
